In 2020, I started a little project called “Monday motivation - Felix asks” on LinkedIn. The months before, my timeline was filled with devastating posts. Almost my entire hospitality network was on furlough, young graduates could not start their internships and many of my friends and colleagues started looking for jobs outside our beloved hospitality & tourism industry. It hurts to see an industry full of passionate and enthusiastic individuals drowning. An industry that means so much to me. Hence I reached out to my network to show the beauty of our industry. From now on, I will introduce you to other hospitality professionals, sharing their stories.
